About Me
Will Dorsey, Jr. is the host of TalkMusicPodcast and a grammy award winning drummer for Body Count. Body Count is a heavy metal formed in 1990 in Los Angeles and the recipient of Best Heavy Metal Performance in 2021 at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards for their song “Bum Rush” from their album Carnivore. Will is also the drummer for Dead End Amelia and Laughing Colors and a drum tech for The Offspring and Adele.
Born in Baltimore, Will started playing drums in 1982. He names Peter Criss, Anton Fig, Dave Weckl, Vinnie Colaiuta, Vinnie Paul, Will Calhoun, Phillip Fish Fisher, John Stanier as musical influences.
Join Will every week as he interviews a new guest from the music industry from solo artists to musicians, producers and others you normally would not get a chance to hear from. We will all learn from their journey and gain helpful knowledge from their experiences and their insights to help us on our own musical journey.
